I THANK GOD that I am able to see a brand new year, and I look forward to a
prosperous 2013 receiving all that God has for me, Halleluah!! The thing that I
have to do for 2013 is to Stop Over Thinking, because in most cases, it is what
it is.
The Pool of Bethesda ~
John 5
We
had an awesome service at church on New Year's Eve, and it was not the
usual traditional program, there was a child's wading pool on the altar. My pastor said in his sermon that God was telling
him to create a “Pool of Bethesda” scenario for the congregation. After he preached about The Pool of Bethesda,
in John 5, he instructed everyone in the congregation to take off their shoes
and step in the “symbolic pool of the healing waters of Bethesda” two by
two. Pastor and Co-pastor was standing
on either side of the pool laying hands on each member as we stepped in the
water. We were instructed that as we
stepped in, we were to receive our healing and leave whatever problems or
worries we had in the water and as we stepped out we were not to look
back.
